BREAKFAST BOWL

Tofu for breakfast? Why not! This delicious breakfast bowl can be the best start of the day and it will help you deal with all kind of challenges until lunch or early afternoon. Combine it with a fresh coffee or cold pressed juice (we suggest carrot and orange). Take some time for yourself before the chaos of a busy day hits you.
INGREDIENTS
Half of the package of Khusboo Fleur de Sel
few slices of Khusboo Smoked
1 hand full of baby spinach
½ of ripe avocado
1 cup of cooked quinoa
small tomato
sesame seeds
olive oil
pepper
salt

PREPARATION

Scramble tofu Fleur de Sel into a hot pan with olive oil. Add some salt and pepper. Stir the tofu until it starts to brown.

Slice a few slices of Smoked tofu and toast it in a hot pan until crisp.

Place the quinoa in your favorite breakfast bowl. Add scrambled tofu, sliced tomato, baby spinach and slices of avocado. Put the slices of smoked tofu on the top and sprinkle everything with some sesame seeds and olive oil.

TIP

In this recipe we used a pre-cooked quinoa. It’s great to prepare some a night before. That will save us some time in the morning.
